In order to cancel or make changes in an order, kindly contact us along with the order confirmation number so we can see if your request can be catered.
Customer is only entitled to a replacement or MONEY BACK if the product delivered is not the same as ordered, or damaged.
In case of receiving a different product from what was ordered, the customer is NOT to open the seal of the product as that can no longer be replaced or be claimed for money back.
